I had what I thought was going to be a really informative blog to tell all of the Home Buyers out there something that would change their lives! Ok, maybe not their lives but for sure how they viewed Realtors and their need for one!

Then I spoke to my broker about it. Not the blog...but the fact that so many Buyers have no idea that the services of a Realtor when buying a home, cost NOTHING!
Well, lesson learned! I should have mentioned I was going to put it in my blog because low and behold....Chip Franks did a great blog on this very subject!!!
