One of my first contracts was a Fannie Mae contract. Now as a new Realtor in Texas I read all the TREC contracts until I had almost memorized them. So I get a client two extremely wonderful elderly ladies. We sat down in the office and viewed homes, and they decided on a Fannie Mae home that was listed at a very good price. Fast forward its time to write the offer. I was lost; this is where the team work comes in. Every Realtor in the office helped me every step of the way. No one hesitated not even our broker. In a business such as Real Estate Team Work is something I greatly appreciate in our office.
