So Has anyone seen the commercial by Zillow where the guy is like...Buying a home is so Scary...we used Zillow because they were able to give us the ABOUT, ALMOST AND MIGHT BE THE APPROXIMATE VALUE OF THE HOME........REALLY....Of all the things I have done in my life, I never really got a lot of security from almost, might be and maybe the approximate....

The markets are moving, If you want to know what a home is worth contact a Real Estate Agent, Have them to a Market Analysis based on REAL NUMBERS, not APPROXIMATE numbers.
Not using a Realtor could cost you thousands....not just in contract price but also what you are paying in other areas like Repairs, Closing Costs, Title Fees.....
